Ms. Fryben is the co-founder of Kryoventures, a venture and an investment company focused on sustainability and health sector, and Kryolife, Inc – a company dedicated to the use of cryotherapy and related treatments to improve the health and well-being of its clients. For over 20 years Joanna has dedicated herself to helping people achieve optimal wellness in a natural and healthy way.
First, in her native country, Poland, as a high level competitive athelete and then, when she received a certificate in body building including aerobics and fitness from TKKF – the premier and most recognized sports and fitness organization in Poland. She also has a Masters Degree in Polish and English Translation and Interpretation from Polonia University.
In the United States she became the assistant director of Camp Echo and the Manhattanville projects – summer camps designed to allow people with a wide range of developmental disabilities to enjoy outdoor life – sports, nature arts & crafts and music.
She then joined Equinox – by many considered the premier fitness company in America. As a Tier 3 trainer, she worked with her clients, their doctors and physical therapists to maximize the benefits of their individual programs.
Ms Fryben has focused her knowledge of high level competition, human physiology, bio mechanics, kinesiology, anatomy and nutrition on helping people achieve an optimal balance between mind/body.
